Performance Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.).
  2. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics like ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  3. Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad spending and maximizing return on investment.
  4. Develop innovative strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, sales, and product) to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user journeys.
  6. Identify new growth opportunities, audiences, and platforms to scale marketing efforts.
  7. Analyze performance data and customer insights to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  8. Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  9. Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and evolving trends.
  10. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  11. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on data and performance analysis.
  12. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  13. Ensure proper tracking and tagging of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and other third-party platforms.
  14. Manage and maintain pixel implementation for performance marketing activities.
  15. Keep track of industry benchmarks and ensure campaign alignment with performance goals.
  16. Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful, on-brand ad creatives and copy.
  17. Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  18. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as necessary to optimize marketing campaigns.

 

Requirements: 

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media roles.
  3. Strong experience managing PPC campaigns, paid social campaigns, and programmatic advertising.
  4. Experience with data-driven marketing, including analytics, attribution modeling, and performance analysis.
  5. Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  6. Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other third-party measurement platforms.
  7. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  8. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRO strategies.
  9. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize spending to maximize ROI.
  11. Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing techniques.
  12. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  13. A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  14. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and trends.
