Job description

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Ongoing daily management of internal and external clients
  2. Daily communication with all department heads and the delegation of tasks
  3. Content management
  4. Follow all company procedures
  5. Supervise all aspects of marketing activity interactions between the clients and the company
  6. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends related to social media, SEO, PPC, design tools applications etc.
  7. Responsible for contracts, briefs, and the A-Z of onboarding a client
  8. Oversee the delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly strategies, calendars, to meet client deadlines, ensuring reports contain relevant analysis of client activity and recommendations
  9. Suggest and follow up on all marketing strategies, from formulation through to execution, aligning with the client’s key business objectives
  10. Identify new potential customers
  11. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  12. Be an ambassador for the company, where at all times portraying professionalism and business acumen
  13. Collaborate with multiple teams within the company to ensure the best possible client experience
  14. Serve as an information loop for the organization, gathering client feedback, evaluating the evolution of their needs, and communicating these internally to improve and grow
  15. Reach company growth and strategic targets by being in line with the organisation’s vision
  16. Client reputation management
  17. Any other duty as assigned from management

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Excellent command in the Greek and English languages
  2. Proven three-five years of experience as an account manager
  3. Must be passionate and enthusiastic about all things related to digital marketing
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight deadline environment
  5. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  6. A good multitasker
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  8. Effective time management skills
  9. Quick thinker and ability to resolve problems effectively
  10. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  11. Experience with media analytics software will be considered as an advantage
  12. Ability to simultaneously service a large number of clients professionally
