Job description

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  2. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  3. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  4. Represent clients and elevate their social media accounts
  5. Conceptualise social media campaigns from start to finish, and be able to refine them in the future according to analytics and feedback
  6. Accept and understand feedback and turn it into well-executed work
  7. Be willing to adapt and learn new skills along the way

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  3. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  4. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  5. Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
  6. Quick and creative thinking to solve problems
  7. Minimum of two years in a similar position
  8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design and/or Web Design
  9. Experience with conducting user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
  10. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  11. Excellent organisational and planning skills
  12. Problem solving, UI responsive designs
