Job description



  1. Plan and execute all online and offline marketing activities for the organisation, and for new and existing clients
  2. Digital and offline marketing focus, which includes SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns etc.
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Maintain social media presence across all digital channels
  5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  6. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on insights
  7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  8. Identify and test new digital platforms and tools
  9. Using web analytics tools to monitor site traffic
  10. Track consumers’ purchase behavior
  11. Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  12. Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  13. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  14. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  15. Maintain relations with customers by organising and developing specific customer-relations programmes, and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  16. Identify potential customers
  17. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  18. Be an ambassador for the company, where at all times portraying professionalism and business acumen
  19. Any other duty as assigned from Management



  1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  2. Proven experience in running a marketing team
  3. At least 3 to 5 years in a senior marketing position
  4. Proven marketing campaign experience
  5. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
  6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  7. Quick and creative thinker
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and tight-deadline environment
  10. Good command of the Greek and English language is essential
