Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand guidelines
Meet with clients or the creative director to determine the scope of a project
Translating concepts into user flows, journeys, wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver the brand message
Present design concepts to creative director or clients
Researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for websites and landing pages
Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving design and interactive feature
Assist in the development and design of product catalogues, bulletins, brochures, promotional pieces, newsletters, presentations, and other graphic communications
Collaborate with management to understand the intended audience and capture the desired message
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or an equivalent degree
A minimum of two years of design experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD/Sketch, Figma) would be an advantage
Experience working with WordPress (not coding)
Experience with conducting user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Portfolio that demonstrates experience with user flows, user experience best practices, problem-solving, UI Responsive designs
